Create Sales Personnel
Creates a sales personnel profile. If the email or phone already matches an existing sales personnel in the workspace, that record is updated instead of a duplicate being created.
Requires the can_create_sales_personnel_profile permission on the key owner’s role.
Keys: secret key only.
