# Overview

Send Message records a contact-form message for the merchant. It is saved in Papertracc and emailed to the workspace's support address, with the sender's email shown so the merchant can reply.

* Send the `shopper-token` header when the sender is signed in; the message is then linked to their account.
* Messages are plain text; markup is removed.
* A shopper can send 5 messages in 15 minutes.
